Great Week Part 2

When I scheduled my vacation in January, I had scheduled Thursday & Friday off more as mental health days rather than having anything planned. God knew in January what was going to happen - isn't that amazing. Thursday was a fun day of volunteering with a second grade class at a local elementary which reinforced my appreciation for public school teachers and their influence. Later that day, I received a text that baby Jaxson was trying to make his appearance but it wasn't happening quite yet. So after a quick trip to the hospital Thursday evening, I came home to rest for the big day Friday when we got to meet this little fella:

Weighing: 4 lbs 15 oz & 18 inches
